My Story

With over two decades of dedicated practice in Hatha Yoga and deep study of yogic philosophy, Bhavna brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to her teaching. Her classes are designed to cultivate physical strength, inner stillness, enhanced mobility and a deeper connection to self — making yoga accessible and meaningful for students of all levels.

Bhavna’s journey began as a self exploration of balance, mobility, and mindfulness, and has since evolved into a lifelong path of living yoga - both on and off the mat. Her teaching style emphasizes mindful alignment, breath awareness, and the subtle yet powerful principles of traditional Hatha Yoga.

Known for her calming presence, intuitive guidance, and compassionate support, Bhavna creates a nurturing space where students are encouraged to slow down, build strength, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
